Client Packages
In order to ease the process of performing experiments in the Longwood (SAIF), we have created specialized client packages, which contain instructions and all required registration forms for your project.
Please download the appropriate Client Package to begin the process:
- If you are a BIDMC researcher, download the Internal Client Package.
- If you are an academic researcher (non-BIDMC), download the External Client Package.
- If you are a private or corporate researcher, download the Corporate Client Package.
Our administrative assistant will be your main point of contact for all administrative questions, registration forms, protocols, amendments, final approvals, and billing.
Our research assistants will be assisting you with technical questions, including services offered, experimental design, data analysis, and related topics.
In order to establish your client account and to comply with governmental and institutional regulations, these guidelines will need to be strictly followed. Please note that ALL items on the enclosed checklist must completed, submitted, and approved prior to scheduling your first appointment. No exceptions are allowed.
